The double-head sauce filling and sealing machine is a
high-efficiency fully automatic unit custom-built for packaging a
wide range of sauces. It is suitable for tomato sauce, chili sauce,
peanut butter, mayonnaise, salad dressing and other similar
condiment products.

Featuring a dual-head filling structure, the machine greatly boosts
production efficiency while delivering accurate dosing and airtight
sealing. This effectively prolongs product shelf life and preserves

Core Functions​

Dual-Head Synchronous Filling: Equipped with two independent filling heads, the machine can
complete filling operations for two cups simultaneously. It
supports adjustable filling volume (ranging from 10ml to 500ml,

Automatic Cup Feeding & Positioning: Adopts a high-precision conveyor belt and photoelectric sensor

(PE, PP, PET) and aluminum foils. It uses heat-sealing technology

Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen operation panel, the machine
supports one-key start/stop, parameter setting (filling volume,
sealing temperature, conveyor speed, etc.), and fault alarm (such
as cup shortage, film breakage). The operation is simple and
user-friendly, no professional technical background is required.​

Easy Cleaning & Maintenance: The contact parts with sauces (such as filling nozzles, material
tanks) are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets food-grade
hygiene standards. The detachable design allows for quick
